	Starbuck Elementary Watertown City School District inproduction Project Cost: $4,000,000 Renovation of entire building originally built in 1953. Project included, interior updates, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and green technology implementation Day Light Harvesting system.
	Watertown City School District offline Project Cost: $16,500,000 Renovations and new construction through out the entire District. Renovations included HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, General Construction and new artificial turf stadium field. Elementary school construction included a third story, 6 classroom addition, a new cafeteria, kitchen and new food service. Renovation of an Open classroom environment into 13 new classrooms within 3 separate wings. Willey Intermediate School building won national award for Excellence in Design
	Watertown City School District inproduction Project Cost: $13,000,000 Ten classroom addition, new roof, and interior restorations. Classroom renovations at three other buildings, site work and associated asbestos abatement. 200,000 square foot new roof installation on two buildings. Complete demolition of old district offices. New traffic patterns reworked for main campus.
