Construction Associates, LLC is in full swing helping our customers’ meet the New York State mandates on Building Condition Surveys (BCS) and 5 year Capital Facilities planning.

CA offers our clients in depth Building Conditions Surveys. Our BCS packages include detailed findings of varying impact. Each finding receives a detailed analysis of what will need to be done, the time frame of the need for action and the financial estimates of completing the action.

Upon completion of the full walk through and detailed analysis, our customers will receive a hard copy version of the detailed analysis; complete with photographs.
CA will then file each BCS with the State of New York, on behalf of our clients.
