Peter F. Marsenison

Vice President

Peter graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and immediately started his career in the commercial sector of the construction industry.

He started as a Field Engineer working for a major New York construction company out of their Washington DC office, where he worked his way up to Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager, prior to departing for other opportunities. Since then he has worked both in the field and office both as a General Contractor and Developer.
 

Peter has managed a wide variety of projects to include hospitals; medical office buildings; assisted living facilities; schools; retail; hotels and conference centers; large multi-family and high-rise construction projects. He recently worked for a prominent NYSE multi-family developer as their Vice President of Construction for the east coast as well as a privately held multi-family developer as their Vice President of Operations. He also holds a Certified General Contractors license in the State of Florida.

Since joining Construction Associates in September of 2008 he has broadened the effectiveness of the firm for our clients while overseeing all day to day field operations.   His integrity, leadership and ability to get the job done in a positive manner, place him far above many of his piers.
