Vice President of Operations

Peter has managed a wide variety of projects to include hospitals; medical office buildings; assisted living facilities; schools; retail; hotels and conference centers; large multi-family and high-rise construction projects.

Peter’s responsibilities as Vice President of Operations include overall business operations; risk management; project and staff scheduling; estimating; contracts; insurance and budget / cost analysis.  Peter also heads up our Healthcare and Private Sector Construction Management division.  His approach to Estimating; Value Engineering and Critical Path Management place him head and shoulders above the competition in all areas and facets of the construction industry.
