This association between Owner and the Project team has a tendency to lend itself to cost and schedule overruns; as well as disputes between team members that go on endlessly to the detriment of the project.
However, Construction Associates has been able to perform in this role as well with great success due to our management style. Although we may not be contractually obligated on an issue we will always provide assistance to the Owner.

•Assist in Preparation of Bid Packages
•Pre-qualification of Bidders
•Bid analysis and recommendation

CONSTRUCTION PHASE
•Coordination of project team members
•Attendance at Owner / Architect / Contractor meetings
•Monitor on progress of the project
•Monitor quality of construction

•Monitor adherence to contract documents
•Monitor RFI’s process
•Review payment requisitions

CONSTRUCTION PHASE CLOSE-OUT
•Assist with Punch List development
•Review all warranties for accuracy
•Ensure O & M Manuals are submitted properly
•Training coordination
•Review of As-Built drawings
