Building Condition Surveys

Construction Associates, LLC offers our customers assistance in meeting the New York State mandates on Building Condition Surveys (BCS) and 5 year Capital Facilities planning.  Our BCS packages include detailed findings of varying impact. Each finding receives a detailed analysis of what will need to be done, the time frame of the need for action and the financial estimates of completing the action. Upon completion of the full walk through and detailed analysis, our customers will receive a hard copy version of the detailed analysis; complete with photographs. CA will then file each BCS with the State of New York, on behalf of our clients Furthering this busy time at CA, we are preparing 5 year facilities planning documentation for our customers.
